Noonan Rittimann Architects, LLC and SK and A, Inc. are pleased to announce our upcoming merger effective August 1, 2018. Our combined firm will be conducting business as Kaarlsen Noonan Rittimann Garcia (KNRG). We will consolidate at the Helotes office at 13438 Bandera Road, Ste. 202 Helotes, TX 78023. Noonan Rittimann Architects, LLC was founded in 1921 by Addis Noonan and was carried on by his sons, Thomas A. Noonan and Clifton E. Noonan. The firm has continuously provided outstanding architectural services for over 97 years by three generations of Noonan’s. Under the current leadership of Craig Noonan and John Rittimann, long term relationships have been built – many spanning decades.
SK and A, Inc. was founded in 2002. In less than two decades, owners Shawn Kaarlsen and Fernando Garcia have developed a reputation for deeply dedicated client service and a family value based work environment.
Each firm has placed great emphasis on client relationships. We look forward to building stronger connections as we combine forces better serving our clients and associates. With a larger, more knowledgeable and experienced organization, we will provide a wider array of services.
The merger allows for the continuation of traditions including excellent service, dedicated proficiency and a comfortable, inviting environment for clients and associates. Noonan Rittimann Architects, LLC and SK and A, Inc. share the same values and will continue to put every project, our clients and associates first.
While the merger will provide many expanded opportunities and services based on our combined expertise, several things will remain the same:
- All staff of both firms will maintain current roles for an effective continuation of current projects and services.
- The fee structure will not change.
- KNRG will continue offering services previously provided by both firms.
