Culebra Oaks Shopping Center

The owner of the new Culebra Oaks shopping center requested a prototype design for a new retail shell building with a Dunkin’ Donuts restaurant intended as the anchor tenant. The site location required complete site development including new parking lots, utilities, and a new single-story retail shell building, approximately 11,800 sq. ft.  KNRG Architects collaborated with the City of San Antonio and Bexar County to acquire the appropriate permits and to meet code compliance. Understanding KNRG.’s consideration of the project budget and the construction schedule, the client has partnered with our firm to design more retail shell buildings.
