Kiddie Academy

Another phase in the Offices at Caprock included the Kiddie Academy of College Station. Kiddie Academy is a national educational daycare focusing on learning and fun setting high standards for safety, education, and trust.  In accordance with the Kiddie Academy Educational Child Care building standards and the College Station architectural restrictions, KNRG Architects developed another building in the Offices at Caprock that integrated the Hill Country charm required by the developer.  Once again, the craftsmanship of the building was intentional using board and batten siding, natural stone and a standing seam metal roof. The project involved a fast track approach meaning separate drawing packages (site, foundation, building shell and structure, and interior finish out) were coordinated and released separately.  KNRG. connected all the plans with the developer and contractor to meet the scheduled opening date for the daycare client.
