Champions Carwash

Located in the Stone Oak Community, Champions Car Wash offers both full and self-service washes. Stone Oak is an elegantly master planned community designed in accord with the upscale, sophisticated expectations of the residents.  The client is a home builder expanding into the car wash business.  KNRG worked with the client to design the approximately 4,200 sq. ft. building containing the 130-foot wash tunnel, as well as, a business office, a waiting room, a break room and equipment/storage closets.  KNRG Architects coordinated with the Stone Oak Property Owners Association to meet architectural review regulations and codes while providing a unique building that continues to blend with the aesthetics of the area.
