Old Town Helotes

Old Town Helotes is a master planned, multi-phased development created for small businesses and boutiques. The facades of the shops and buildings were fashioned in a country village style.  Utilizing the 3 acre space, the establishments are nestled closely together for an old village feel with easy walking accessibility.  KNRG Architects master planned Old Town Helotes and designed many of the shops and buildings in the plan.  Our architects worked with the developer and the City of Helotes to determine an agreeable parking solution.  KNRG exceeded the expectations of the developer by creating a truly unique and charming shopping experience.
