The Offices at Caprock is a master planned office/medical community. The developer visualized an approximately 5,000 sq. ft. building with a Hill Country influence. The shell building was designed utilizing a residential, wood frame style while incorporating a central lobby area for the tenants. KNRG Architects and the developer collaborated with the College Station architectural review board to set the country tone in the first phase of the development. The natural stone, the board and batten siding and the standing seam metal roof on the exterior of the shell building were intentionally selected to capture the quality of craftsmanship involved in this project. KNRG also finished out half of the interior to meet the specific needs of Dr. Doug Crumpler of Brazos Valley Endocrinology. While remaining in budget and on schedule, our architect team adhered to the College Station architectural standards while embracing a country motif exceeding the client’s expectations.
