Alamo Heights Residence

KNRG Architects designed a one-bedroom and master bathroom addition to this existing Alamo Heights Residence in San Antonio. A new carport was included in the plans along with a family requested arbor to be located between the house and the driveway.  Due to strict building requirements within the community, the arbor was not a possibility in the designated area.  KNRG utilized an attractive metal screen alternative to fulfill the client’s wish and to meet the requirements of the city’s codes.  Our architects worked with all team members from the design phase to completion of the 400 sq. ft. plus bedroom and bathroom addition, the new car port and the coordinating metal screening.
