CMC Rebar

Commercial Metals Company is a leading concrete reinforcing steel fabricator with over 1.5 million tons of fabricating capacity among forty plus locations in the United States.  CMC Rebar, a division of CMC, is one of the world’s largest steel recyclers.  A local CMC Rebar facility updated and expanded its usable space.  Working with the client, KNRG Architects designed a modern façade for three exterior sides which included wrapping the sides with new offices, circulation and increased retail sales floor area.  The CMC Rebar facility was modernized under budget, meeting and exceeding the expected scope of work while allowing the client to maintain continuous business operations.
