Monte Vista Residence

This lovely Monte Vista Residence is located in the area’s Historical District. KNRG Architects designed a new two-story addition compatible with the existing Italian Renaissance style of the home.  The first floor addition included a large family room and study, while the second floor consisted of a master bedroom and bathroom.  Historic districts tend to have stringent guidelines for all remodeling and addition requests.  KNRG utilized the guidelines and beautifully complimented the 750 plus sq. ft. addition and renovation of the existing elegant home.
