Olmos Park Residence

The owners of this beautiful home in historical Olmos Park shared their ideas for upgrades and additions with KNRG Architects. Maintaining the charming style of the existing house, our Architects designed a new addition including a state-of-the-art kitchen, a family room, a master bedroom and bathroom along with a new covered patio complete with an outdoor kitchen area.  Simultaneously, the remaining interior was upgraded and remodeled bringing the entire home into current style.  A complimentary sculpted pool and coordinating landscape were also included in the owners’ dreams.  KNRG integrated the owners’ visions with the City of Olmos Park building restrictions to enhance the loveliness of the residence.
