Potranco Oaks Village

KNRG Architects worked with the owner of the new Potranco Oaks Village shopping center to design a retail shell building. The site was on a raw parcel of land requiring complete site development including new parking lots, utilities, pylon signage and a new single-story retail shell building, approximately 11,800 sq. ft. KNRG coordinated with two different contracting companies: one to build the shell building and the other to finish out one retail space for the anchor tenant, Dunkin’ Donuts. The team worked together to complete the shell building and the Dunkin’ Donuts restaurant within budget and on the owner’s schedule.
